After four weeks, I tried on my 2" leather weighted ball stretcher. Looks good and really makes the scrotal ladder stand out. Shortly, I’ll get back to wearing a stretcher regularly, making sure the piercings are healing properly.

John SIevers briefs do a nice job of softly cradling my Reverse PA and scrotal ladder. You can see the outlines of the 2 circular barbells and 2 screw-on ball rings. This should help stretch the holes so I can fit larger jewelry.
